Grant hosted several fundraising events in 2019, including the Melokuhle Golf Day at Ebotse Links in Johannesburg (7 March 2019), the Step Up For The Sea line-dancing evening at the Shongweni Club in Durban (29 June 2019), and the Waterfall Fun Run in Hillcrest (6 July 2019).

If you’re a KwaZulu-Natal resident, you may have seen Grant and his supporters cleaning up beaches and waterways near Umgeni, Blue Lagoon, Durban Harbour, and Wilson’s Wharf. These activities usually take place over the weekend.
